Sign ups for Fall sports will open on June 8 to June 15.
Parents/guardian must sign into child’s existing FinalForms account or create one and register your child.
Tryouts
In order to tryout athletes must have:
FinalForms account,
Valid physical on file with the Nurse
Be cleared by the Nurse by the first day of tryouts
Code of Conduct
SJB Athletics is committed to promoting sportsmanship, respect, and integrity both on and off the field. Student-athletes and spectators are expected to uphold the standards outlined in the applicable Code of Conduct.
Sports Physical Form
All student-athletes must have a current physical on file and receive medical clearance prior to participating in tryouts or athletic activities.
